The hotel has a great location in Klosters' main street, close to everything you need for a convenient stay. The rooms are spacious and modern, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing or snowboarding. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness, but they did accommodate us for dinner late at night. The hotel dining experience was satisfactory, with a good selection available. The location is excellent, with easy access to the train, center, restaurants, and leisure activities. However, the facilities would benefit from updating to provide better value for money.
